18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~80 years old 2. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form 3. Patients with atrioventricular block or sick sinus syndrome with pacing indications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years old 2. Life expectancy < 1 year 3. Those with valvular disease, mechanical valve or biological valve surgery 4. Acute myocardial infarction within 1 month 5. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant or intend to become pregnant during the study 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction 7. Have been enrolled in other clinical studies that may affect the purpose of the study 8. Do not agree to sign the patient's informed consent form required for this study 9. The investigator believes that the subject's physical condition is not suitable for participating in the study 10. Complete left bundle branch block in adults with congenital heart disease after surgical or interventional closure of ventricular septal defect
