Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for primary knee osteoarthritis and underwent unilateral primary knee arthroplasty (TKA); 2 Age >= 60 years old; 3 No severe cognitive impairment; 4 Voluntarily participate in this interview with normal language expression ability and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are unable to communicate due to language ability, hearing or cognitive impairments; 2 No ability to move independently; 3 There is a serious mental disorder. 4 There are severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney insufficiencies and severe infections.
