Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There is a certain amount of anxiety symptoms (generalized anxiety scale GAD-7 total score >=5); 2. Aged 18 or above; 3. Be able to operate a smartphone or computer smoothly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Risk of suicide or self-harm (PHQ-9 suicide item >=2); 2. Severe depression (PHQ-9 total score >=20); 3. Currently receiving or or in the past one month have received psychotherapy or psychiatric medication; 4. Alcohol abuse (AUDIT total score >=10)
