Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients planned for hysteroscopy with anxiety symptoms (HADS=8 points); (2)Aged 18-65 years, with ASA classification of I or II; (3)Clear consciousness, normal understanding ability, able to independently and clearly answer questions; (4) Informed understanding and voluntarily participating in anxiety and pain assessments; (5)Willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Cognitive impairment and speech expression defects, making it difficult to cooperate with the investigator; (2) Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function, and endocrine disorders before surgery; (3) Patients with a history of mental illness or current mental abnormalities; (4)Patients with a history of long-term alcoholism or drug abuse; (5) Long-term use of psychiatric and sedative-hypnotic medications; (6) Patients with infections, damage, ulcers, or local allergies near the auricular stimulation site; (7) Refusal to participate in this study.
