18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Primary family caregivers of patients diagnosed with schizophrenia; 2 Schizophrenia patients aged >= 18 years; 3 Family caregivers aged 18-65; 4 Provide care for patients for at least 4 hours per day for at least 12 months ; 5 Able to use smartphones and operate Tencent Meeting; 6 Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Currently participating in other similar caregiver support programs; 2 Have a serious physical or mental illness that may affect the ability to participate in the intervention or data collection; 3 The patients cared for by family caregivers have schizophrenia along with other serious illnesses, such as cancer, stroke, or cirrhosis of the liver. 4 In addition to caring for patients with schizophrenia, caregivers also care for patients with other chronic diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease.
