80 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Caused by trauma, the imaging diagnosis is rib fracture; 2 Age >= 18 years old, <= 80 years old, able to provide informed consent independently or with the support of family members; 3 Capable of independently completing project exercise plans or with the assistance of family and caregivers; 4 Capable of independently completing the survey questionnaire required for this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any concurrent injuries that hinder the completion of the exercise plan; 2 Refuse to participate in this program
