Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for heat stroke and initiate CBP treatment. Diagnostic criteria for heat stroke are as follows: (1) Medical history information: a. Exposure to high temperature and humidity; b. High-intensity exercise; (2) Clinical manifestations: a. Manifestations of central nervous system dysfunction (such as coma, convulsions, delirium, abnormal behavior, etc.); b. Core temperature over 40°C; c. Manifestations of functional impairment of multiple organs (>=2) (liver, kidney, rhabdomin, gastrointestinal, etc.); d. Severe coagulopathy or DIC. The diagnosis of heat stroke should be considered when either of the history information is added to the clinical presentation and cannot be explained by other causes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) anticipation of uncontrollable severe bleeding; 2) pregnant or lactating women; 3) Those who interrupt or abandon treatment; 4) Tumor patients.
