Interventions

Control group (Group OA):Inject physiological saline intravenously 10 minutes before anesthesia induction.
Control group (Group OFA):Inject dexmedetomidine 0.6 µ g/kg (prepared with physiological saline) intravenously 10 minutes before anesthesia induction.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in our hospital; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. ASA classification II or III; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m²; 5. Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 6. Preoperative Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) score of 20-44;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pain with long-term use of opioids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); 2. Infection, ulceration, peripheral neuropathy, or coagulation dysfunction at the puncture site; 3. Cerebrovascular disease or psychiatric disorders that may affect nerve block and postoperative assessment; 4. Presence of severe dysfunction in major organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, or lungs; 5. Patients with contraindications to atropine;
