Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) preoperative ultrasound indicating unilateral thyroid nodules with a diameter of less than 1 cm; (2) fine-needle aspiration biopsy confirming thyroid microcarcinoma; (3) availability of complete clinical data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude patients with suspected imaging microfocal cancer and the results of intraoperative cryosections were benign nodules; (2) Exclude those with past history of neck surgery; (3) tumor diameter >1cm; (4) lymph node metastasis in the distance; (5) liver and kidney function diseases; (6) voluntarily withdrew from this investigator.
