Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age of 18-70 years old, male or female; 2) serum uric acid > 420µmol/L twice on different days; 3) BMI>=24kg/M^2 (overweight by Chinese standard); 4) The types of hyperuricemia are not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have used any urate-lowering medications or SGLT2 inhibitors within the past 3 months (excluding sodium bicarbonate tablets or anti-inflammatory/analgesic drugs); 2) Patients with weight loss exceeding 10% in the past 3 months, or those currently using GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RA) or other weight-loss medications; 3) Renal function: eGFR=700 µmol/L; 7) Patients with diabetes mellitus; 8) Patients with fasting C-peptide <1.0 ng/mL; 9) Patients with systolic blood pressure <100 mmHg; 10) Patients with urinary tract infection or genital infection; 11) Patients with allergies to any of the aforementioned medications; 12) Patients requiring medications that may affect uric acid levels (e.g., oral estrogens, losartan, fenofibrate).
