Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic partial hepatic resection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe decompensation of liver and kidney function before surgery; 2. Age 80 years old; 3. Patients with infectious diseases in the skin and soft tissues at the injection site; 4. Those with severe bleeding tendency; History of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 5 or 6 months; History of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 6 or 6 months; 7. ASA > Level III; 8. Predicted FEV1<50% for severe lung disease; 9. The patient has a history of malignant tumors, or other malignant tumors found in preoperative examination; 10. Severe mental illness; 11. Pregnant and lactating women.
