18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years; 2.Postoperative ICU admission or acute hypoxemic respiratory failure requires invasive mechanical ventilation; 3.Subjects or their family members fully understand the patient's instructions and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women; 2.Identification of pulmonary embolism, lung destruction, or other pulmonary vascular pathology; 3.Patients who have had cardiopulmonary resuscitation prior to the study, advanced malignancy, terminal stage of other diseases, or patients who are considered by the clinician to be about to die within 48h;
