Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Meet DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression (continuous core symptoms of depression and accompanying symptoms >=2 weeks); 3. Core symptoms of depression and accompanying symptoms: depressed mood, loss of interest, changes in sleep and appetite, psychomotor agitation or sluggishness, fatigue and decreased sense of value; 4. Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Self-Rating Scale PHQ-9 score >=5 points, HAMD-17 score >=7 points, MADRS score >=7 points; 5. Patients with the first episode or recurrence (no antidepressants for 2 months or more, and HAMD-17<7 points during the period); 6. Native Chinese speaker, primary school education or above, able to understand the content of the scale, and cooperate with the research; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, organic mental disorders, and depressive symptoms caused by physical diseases; 2. Current patient is at serious suicide risk, with a score of >=3 on the HAMD-17 suicide risk item or a score of >2 on question 9 of the PHQ-9 scale; 3. Patients with hearing impairments such as tinnitus, hyperacusis, deafness, and auditory hallucinations; 4. Patients with eye diseases such as glaucoma, ophthalmoplegia, and ocular trauma 5. Those who have undergone eye laser surgery; 6. Addicted to tobacco, alcohol, caffeine and drugs; 7. Other situations in which the investigator considers the patient to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
