30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 30-80 years; 2.ASA class l~III; 3.Body mass index (BMI): 18 ~30 kg/m2; 4.There is no history of other malignant tumors, and there is no history of blood transfusion within two weeks before surgery; 5.Those who have not undergone chemoradiotherapy before surgery and have not used immunosuppressants; 6.Patients undergoing colorectal cancer resection under elective general anesthesia; 7.Primary school diploma or above, can complete the scale measurement; 8.Able to voluntarily cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative coexisting acute coronary syndrome or heart failure (EF=160mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >=105mmHg); 8.Emergency surgery; 9.History of allergy to anesthetic drugs for this treatment regimen; 10.Other conditions that in the opinion of the investigator are not suitable to participate in this trial;
