Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; (2) Patients with acute ischemic stroke who have had their first onset and are admitted to the hospital within 24 hours; (3) Age >=18 years; (4) The patient or their legal representative has signed a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score >=2; (2) Patients who have undergone endovascular thrombectomy treatment; (3) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction, or other serious systemic diseases, or those with a life expectancy of less than 6 months; (4) Patients with active malignant tumors; (5) Patients with other neurodegenerative diseases or autoimmune diseases; (6) Pregnant patients; (7) Patients who had fever or were diagnosed with an infectious disease within one month prior to admission; (8) Patients with a history of stroke, spinal injury, or head injury in the six months prior to admission; (9) Patients unwilling to participate in this study; (10) Patients whom the investigators deem should be excluded.
