65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A total of 104 patients who planned to undergo hip surgery in our hospital from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 were enrolled. 2. Age 65-95 years old, both sexes; 3. ASA grade I-?; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative delirium was present; 2. Lower limb nerve and muscle lesions; 3. It is difficult to cooperate with the operators to complete the study process; 4. Infection of the puncture site or inability to distinguish the anatomical structure or the positioning point of the body surface under ultrasound; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Multiple trauma; 7. Presence of cognitive impairment; 8. History of Alzheimer's disease, stroke, and psychiatric disorders.
