Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with laparoscopic colorectal tumor resection under general anesthesia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, ASA grade II-III, cardiac function grade I-II, mechanical ventilation time >= 2 hours, age >= 18 years, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to oxygen or other inhaled narcotic drugs;Machine ventilation <2 hours; Patients participating in other clinical trials; A family history of malignant hyperthermia, pseudocholinesterase deficiency, and family genetic disorders; Have severe arrhythmia,or have heart valve disease requiring surgery.
