Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression 2. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score greater than 17 3. Aged between 13 and 20 years old 4. Normal intelligence, IQ>80 (Take a simplified version of the Wechsler Intelligence test. IQ has a well-established effect on cognitive training, but its impact on mental training should not be ignored.). 5. Individuals with NSSI were enrolled according to the DSM-5 recommended diagnostic criteria for NSSI. The assessment criteria included: ? Within the past 1 year, >=5 days, the individual engaged in intentional self-harm to the surface of the body that is likely to cause bleeding, bruising, or pain (e.g., cuts, burns, puncturing, blows, excessive friction) and is expected to result in only mild or moderate physical injury. ? Individuals engage in self-harming behaviors in order to relieve or solve interpersonal difficulties from negative sensory or cognitive states or to induce positive sensory states. ?These intentional self-injuries are associated with interpersonal difficulties or negative sensory thoughts or with a period of time prior to engaging in such actions as indulging in uncontrollable intentional behavior or frequent thoughts of self-harm. ? The behavior is not socially acceptable and is not limited to picking scabs or biting nails. ?The behavior or outcome causes clinically significant distress or interferes with interpersonal, academic, or other important functions. ?The behavior does not occur only during psychotic episodes, delirium, substance intoxication, or substance withdrawal, and is not better explained by other mental disorders and physical diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of substance dependence 2. Patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorder and other mental disorders 3. History of brain trauma, seizures or other organic brain diseases 4. Suicidal attempts, suicidal thoughts or suicidal acts 5. Currently receiving repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and electroconvulsive therapy 6. Impairment of liver and kidney function, abnormal electrocardiogram or other serious physical diseases
