Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals diagnosed with IBD who visited the Department of Gastroenterology at the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, during the study period (or healthy individuals who participated in health check-ups at the Health Examination Center of the same hospital).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have not received any IBD treatment. 2.Individuals who do not meet the required follow-up duration. 3.Individuals with incomplete clinical data (e.g., missing key clinical features or treatment outcomes).
