Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has completed R0 resection; 2. The patient has not received systemic therapy; 3. The patient was pathologically diagnosed with primary TxNxM0 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma according to the 8th edition TNM classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who suffered from autoimmune disease or concurrent multiple primary tumors
