Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria of the 2016 Diagnostic Guidance for Primary Care Physicians in the Management of Community-acquired Pneumonia in Adults and the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of psittacosis; 2. Those who were diagnosed with psittacosis pneumonia based on the combination of imaging examinations such as chest CT, tNGS detection, and other means combined with clinical manifestations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Only outpatients who were initially considered to have psittacosis pneumonia and were treated empirically without hospital admission; 2. patients with incomplete history data, non-standard diagnosis and treatment, or those who gave up treatment in the middle; 3. Individuals who refused to be included in this research for personal reasons. 4. Patients with other respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis and other primary pulmonary diseases; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 6. Immune deficiency, such as malignant tumors, HIV infection or those who took immunosuppressants in the past 3 months;
