Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: (1) Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosed according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (revised edition in 2021) [32], that is, forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1)/ Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) =4 hours/day, and the cumulative care days are 90 days or more; (4) Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: (1) Combined with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor; (2) Abnormal cognitive function or mental illness; (3) Participating in other intervention studies; Exclusion criteria of spouse caregivers of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (1) Spouse caregivers suffer from serious physical illness or mental disorder, and their health level is seriously damaged; (2) Spouse caregivers who are conducting other intervention studies.
