Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 and above, meeting the criteria for high-risk screening of upper gastrointestinal cancer (such as family history, long-term smoking and drinking, unhealthy eating habits, Helicobacter pylori infection, etc.). 2. Hospitalized in the gastroenterology department between 5 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, and found high-risk abnormal results in endoscopic screening (such as atypical hyperplasia, Barrett’s esophagus, severe chronic atrophic gastritis, etc.). 3. Patients can understand the content of the study and sign the informed consent form. 4. Have complete basic information (name, gender, age, contact information, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious comorbidities or other diseases that affect treatment and research (such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, renal insufficiency, etc.). 2. Patients with severe communication disorders or consciousness disorders who are unable to cooperate with the research. 3. Patients who have been diagnosed with upper gastrointestinal cancer or have recently (within 6 months) undergone upper gastrointestinal cancer-related surgery or treatment.
