Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 60 and above who underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer at Weifang Medical College Affiliated Hospital and Linyi People's Hospital from January 1, 2014 to September 30, 2023, were confirmed to have colorectal cancer by postoperative pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative concurrent infections in other parts of the body; Preoperative use of antibiotics for other reasons; Joint surgery with other parts of the body.
