Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who aid Tibet and move from low altitude to high altitude areas (the list was obtained from the Organization Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region Government) were selected as the sample of people migrating from low altitude to high altitude areas, called Sample A; Tibetan people and patients' families from the Physical Examination Center of the Tibet Branch of the West China Hospital of Sichuan University were selected as the sample of people migrating from high altitude to low altitude areas, called Sample B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unclear imaging due to turbidity of the refractive medium; (2) inability to cooperate with fundus examination.
