Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study population consisted of women in Sichuan, China, who attended West China Hospital from 2024-March to 2025-March 1.Inclusion criteria in case group: A. Pathological diagnosis: Primary lung adenocarcinoma; B. Never-smoking; C. Younger than 75 years old; D. Interview completed within 3 months of initial diagnosis. 2.Inclusion criteria in control group: The women in Sichuan, China, who attended West China Hospital from 2024-March to 2025-March. The frequency matching factors: age (+ / - 5 years), similar attention time, degree of education. A. Never-smoking; B. Younger than 75 years old; Interview completed within 3 months of initial diagnosis; D. Without the diagnosis of carcinoma when including.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria in case group: Severe econd-hand smoke from the family or workplace: the number of cigarettes in one day from husband smoking is >= 20 and (or) the frequency of second-hand smoking in the workplace is >= 1. 2.Exclusion criteria in control group: Severe econd-hand smoke from the family or workplace: the number of cigarettes in one day from husband smoking is >= 20 and (or) the frequency of second-hand smoking in the workplace is >= 1; The number of the same diagnosis in the control group should be less than 10% of the total number of the included control group.
