Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>=18 years; 2.CRRT was planned for a 72-hour patient;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients on the machine for the second time; 2.Patients who were voluntarily removed from CRRT within 72 hours; 3.Patients who were weaned due to dialysis catheter; 4.There is no record of cause of weaning; 5.Combined with other blood purification methods; 6.No single anticoagulant was used;
