Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 60 years old who are scheduled to undergo minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting without cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Parkinson's disease, dementia (including dementia caused by Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and Lewy body dementia), or mental disorders; (2) Those who have suffered a stroke or other central nervous system diseases within the past 6 months; (3) Patients with preoperative delirium; (4) Those with severe hearing or visual impairments, language disorders and/or communication difficulties that prevent communication; (5) Alcohol-dependent and drug-addicted individuals; (6) Patients who were discharged unexpectedly or refused to participate in the study.
