Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IBS group: Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) who meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria, aged between 18 and 75 years old, regardless of gender, and having clinical symptoms in the past three months. They voluntarily participate in the trial and sign a written informed consent form. 2. Healthy group: Healthy volunteers aged between 18 and 75 years old, regardless of gender. They voluntarily participate in the trial and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. IBS group: Exclude patients with organic gastrointestinal diseases, a history of gastrointestinal surgery, a bleeding tendency, a history of drug allergy. Exclude patients with mental disorders that prevent them from cooperating. Exclude patients with a history of tumors in other organs, a history of severe chronic diseases, and those who are currently taking medications that affect the gut microbiota or mitochondrial function. 2. Healthy group: Exclude gastrointestinal and other systemic diseases.
