Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1? The patient was diagnosed with fatal hemorrhage by B-mode ultrasonography, CT, CTA, DSA, etc. 2? The diseases of fatal bleeding are related diseases requiring human treatment. 3? Normal cognitive function, communication barrier-free.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1?Combined with serious cardiopulmonary disease, can not tolerate general anesthesia, surgery; 2? Coagulation dysfunction; 3? Severe hyperthyroidism, renal failure, can not tolerate intravascular treatment using contrast agents.
