Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Complete DR and CT examinations before surgery, and confirm that it is knee osteoarthritis, and perform total knee replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe knee valgus, Paprosky grade II-III bone defect; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, coagulation disorders, rheumatic immune system diseases, infectious diseases, etc., which may affect surgery and postoperative recovery; 3. Patients with a history of knee surgery or severe trauma in the past.
