Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 75 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 3. The first open reduction and internal fixation of the proximal humerus fracture; 4. No contraindications to postoperative rehabilitation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a known history of liposomal bupivacaine and bupivacaine allergy; 2. Patients admitted to ICU for monitoring and treatment after surgery; Patients who refuse to undergo rehabilitation training after surgery; 3. Patients with previous long-term oral opioid analgesics, patients who have participated in other drugs or clinical trials.
