Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 80; 2. The ASA score is <= grade III; 3. Perform elective surgery on the knee or hip joint; 4. Have a clear understanding of the study, voluntarily participate in it, and sign the informed consent form by themselves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The score of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) is <=20; 2. History of neurological or mental disorders; 3. Drug or alcohol abuse; 4. Visual or hearing impairment; 5. Difficulties in communication; 6. Severe cardiovascular diseases or severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
