Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.There is a clear clinical diagnosis, and the diagnosed disease is unrelated to vertebral artery variations. 2.Routine 2mm thin-slice CT scan and 0.4-1.0mm thin-slice CT angiography of the head and neck have been performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unilateral or bilateral hypoplasia or absence of the vertebral artery. 2.History of cervical spine or head and neck surgery. 3.Patients with atherosclerosis leading to vertebral artery stenosis or occlusion. 4.History of trauma or cervical spine tumors causing bone destruction in the C2 pedicle. 5.Congenital diseases such as Down syndrome, atlanto-occipital fusion, or Klippel-Feil syndrome. 6.History of rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis. 7.Incomplete medical history.
