17 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate and graduate students between the ages of 17 and 30; 2. Able to understand and cooperate with the completion of all inspection items and questionnaires; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. PHQ-9 score >=5, HAMD score >=7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign informed consent; 2. Diagnosed with depression through clinical examination; 3. Suffering from cardiovascular disease, respiratory or lung disease, bone and joint problems; 4. Have other serious organic diseases; 5. PHQ-9 score <5, HAMD score <7.
