Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years with histologically confirmed malignancy; 2.Stage III/IV advanced cancer; 3.Bone metastases verified by imaging (ECT/CT/MRI); 4.Capacity for oral drug intake; 5.Intact cognitive and communication function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent anticancer therapy (chemotherapy/radiotherapy/endocrine therapy) within 30 days pre-enrollment; 2.Respiratory depression, hypercapnia, or bowel obstruction; 3.Hepatic/renal insufficiency, chronic viral hepatitis, or peptic ulcer history; 4.Alcohol abuse or opioid misuse 5.Contraindications to trial drugs.
