Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years; 2.Patients who experienced in-hospital or out-of-hospital cardiac arrest and achieved return of spontaneous circulation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 3.Expected survival time exceeding 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with end-stage chronic diseases such as malignant tumors or those with an expected survival of less than six months; 2.Patients whose time from cardiac arrest to ICU admission exceeds 24 hours; 3.Patients with incomplete data collection.
