Interventions

Research group:Perioperative oral nutrition preparation was 200ml/ day (mainly containing carbohydrate 20.8g, protein 11.7g, unsaturated fatty acid 8.6g, dietary fiber 6.5g, energy 260kcal).
Control group:Without oral nutrition preparations.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who need to undergo unilateral TJA for the first time because of severe osteoarthritis (K-L III-IV grade); 2.Age >=60 years old; 3.ASA classification I-III; 4.BMI 18.5-28 kg/m^2; 5.The patient did not routinely take nutritional preparations such as protein powder for half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Joint trauma, infection, previous surgical history and other medical history; 2.Diabetes, serious heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental history, etc.; 3.Gastrointestinal diseases such as decreased gastrointestinal tension, severe dyspepsia or malabsorption, and gastrointestinal bleeding; 4.Allergic reactions to nutritional preparations used in this study.
