Control group:Patellar shaping ? Only the lateral patellar nerve is cauterized

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Preoperative DR And CT examination was completed to confirm knee osteoarthritis, and total knee replacement was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Valgus knee, dichotomous patella, Paprosky grade II-III bone defect; 2. Patients with serious cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, coagulation disorders, rheumatic immune system diseases, infectious diseases, etc. that may affect surgery and postoperative recovery; 3. Patients with a history of knee surgery or serious trauma.
