50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis meets the NIA-AA diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease (AD) (NIA-AA Revised Criteria for the Diagnosis and Staging of Alzheimer's Disease 2024); 2. Age 50~85 years old (>=50 years old, =4, <=6)); 6. The patient or guardian signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (NYHAIII-IV grade); 2. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, AST or ALT > 3 times the high line of normal value; GFR =180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg; 8. Patients with malignant tumors; 9. Presence of contraindications to MRI, ICG, PET scan, lumbar puncture; 10. Serious infectious diseases, including HIV-positive, diseases requiring systemic hormones, etc.; 11. Severe mental illness or potential suicide risk (NGASR score >=9); 12. Participation in other interventional clinical trials within the past year; 13. Poor compliance, unable to complete or unwilling to cooperate with regular follow-up after surgery.
