18 Years to 98 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gastric cancer confirmed by surgery or biopsy pathology; (2) Progressive gastric cancer without distant metastasis (>= T2, M0) confirmed by AJCC 8th edition TNM staging; (3) Radical resection + D2 lymph node dissection with R0 resection (no tumor residue at the margin); (4) >= 15 lymph nodes examined; (5) Abdominal CT scanning + enhancement or MR scanning + enhancement within 2 weeks prior to surgery, with preservation of imaging data; (6) Complete preoperative baseline clinical case data, postoperative pathology data and gastric cancer histogenetic data are available; Postoperative follow-up time of at least 2 years or follow-up time of less than 2 years with recurrence endpoint event with complete follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cases of recurrence followed by resection; (2) Combined malignant tumors of other organs besides gastric cancer; (3) Postoperative pathology confirmed the combination of other gastric tumors; (4) Receiving any preoperative interventional therapeutic measures against GC; (5) Poor image quality, obvious artifacts, or poor gastric filling.
