Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Should be a resident physician of the 2022 cohort who will rotate in the Department of Anesthesiology from September 2024 to March 2025, with similar educational backgrounds; 2.Complete at least 6 months of standardized residency training in our department;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intentionally failing to complete the teaching content carried out by the instructor; 2.Those who withdraw during the residency period due to special reasons;
