18 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 14 years old or above; (2) Previously received regional anesthesia or pain management in the Department of Anesthesiology of PUMCH; (3) Suspected local anesthetic-related adverse events occurred during the perioperative period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete case records or medication data; (2) adverse drug reactions were "probably unrelated" and "unevaluable"; (3) Procedure-related adverse events, such as vascular puncture, hematoma, infection, nerve damage, organ injury, etc
