Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing experience in rehabilitation medicine>=5 years; 2. Nursing manager of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine; 3. Bachelor degree or above; 4. Deputy senior title or above; 5. Informed consent, voluntarily participate in and complete the content of the interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of the recording; 2. Those who quit halfway.
