Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Met the diagnostic criteria for obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome (OAPS) established by the Chinese Society of Perinatal Medicine; 2. Received standardized OAPS treatment at our hospital before and during pregnancy; 3.Complete medical records with telephone follow-up documenting maternal and neonatal outcomes for all cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary antibody positivity caused by systemic lupus erythematosus, Rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., leads to secondary elevation of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL). Patients with other autoimmune diseases were also included in the statistical analysis; 2.Adverse fetal outcomes are associated with fetal structural abnormalities, genetic factors, placental factors, and other elements; 3.Adverse pregnancy outcomes are related to maternal comorbidities such as infections, inflammatory conditions, malignancies, toxic exposures, and endocrine disorders; 4. Cases with incomplete data or loss to follow-up were excluded.
