18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects are aged 18-60 years old; 2. Subjects must meet the diagnostic criteria for obstructive sleep apnea guidelines; 3. The subject/legally authorized representative understands the purpose and purpose of the test and signs the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects have heart and lung dysfunction; Abnormal liver and kidney function (index more than double the normal value); 2. The subjects have mental disorders; 3. The subjects have chronic sinusitis and asthma; 4. Inability to understand and cooperate with the exercise program (such as failure to cooperate with the preoperative or postoperative scale evaluation)
