Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The participants were willing to strictly follow the clinical trial protocol to complete the trial and voluntarily signed an informed consent form; 2. planned to undergo initial internal fixation of ankle fracture under general anesthesia; 3. aged >= 65 years old, regardless of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. a combination of nociceptive disorders such as nociceptive hypersensitivity, chronic pain, etc. 2. a history of allergy to opioids or amide local anesthetics; 3. a history of drug dependence; 4. cognitive and communication disorders; 5. participation as a subject in another clinical trial within 3 months prior to randomization and/or previous participation in a clinical trial of a drug or device in the study; 6. any other factors that, in the opinion of the investigator, render the subject inappropriately suited for participation in the trial; 1.and any other factors that, in the opinion of the investigator, render the subject inappropriate for participation in the trial.
