Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with clinically diagnosed moderate to advanced Alzheimer's disease according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia (2020 Edition)", who have shown poor response to conservative treatment; (2) Have not undergone head and neck surgery in the past; (3) Excluded from having vascular system-related diseases such as atherosclerosis and lower extremity venous thrombosis; (4) Voluntarily join this study, sign the informed consent form, have good compliance and are willing to cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Major surgery unrelated to neurological symptoms within 4 weeks, or the patient has not fully recovered from such surgical procedures; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Severe concurrent diseases that would interfere with the treatment plan; (4) Inability to tolerate general anesthesia surgery; (5) Other circumstances deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
