Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets diagnostic criteria for PFP; Ankle dorsiflexion range of motion <10°; Age 18~30 years, BMI 18.5~28 kg/m^2, visual analogue rating scale: pain level of more than 3 points in the past week; Regular exercisers (at least 3 times a week, at least 150min a week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle fractures, Achilles tendon rupture and other diseases that affect ankle mobility; The pain is caused by a meniscus injury or patellar tendon injury; Systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and gout; History of previous knee or ankle surgery; Pregnant or lactating females; Those who are unable to cooperate with training and assessment.
