Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Consecutive patients aged 40-74 years who were referred to our hospital for screening colonoscopy due to FIT-positive results in a community-based screening program; 2. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Pregnant women, lactating women, or women of childbearing age planning to conceive; 2. Failure to meet screening requirements (e.g., colonoscopy within the past 5 years, personal history of colorectal cancer [CRC] or colorectal adenomas, inflammatory bowel disease, or severe comorbidities); 3. Refusal or inability to undergo polyp resection or biopsy for any reason; 4. Early termination due to patient intolerance of the procedure; 5. Refusal to participate.
